Rental Booking Terms & Conditions

To Secure your Booking, we require a £100.00 Deposit (Non-Refundable if less than 3 months’ notice is provided for cancelling). A £150.00 Security Bond will be required & payable with the Final Balance, which is 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date, or at the time of booking if holiday is less than 6 weeks away (See FAQs for more information on cancelling).

Should the balance not be paid, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and the deposit will be non-refundable.

The Security Bond will be returned within 7 days after check-out date providing the Holiday Home has been left clean, tidy & damage free.
